Just go to search for "task scheduler"...
Look into the right column and look out for create task...
Fill in name and description...
Go to "triggers" tab...
Click new set your date and time you want alarm to be triggered on...
Next, got to "action" tab, choose start a program then browse into any audio song and select it...
Then your alarm is all set to work...
